Gilded Patina – Abstract Background
Rich layers of deep teal, weathered turquoise, warm cream, aged gold, copper and touches of rust come together in this beautifully distressed abstract background paper.
Gilded Patina has the look of years of layered paint, natural oxidation and time-worn texture—giving furniture artists the character of an elaborate faux finish in one dramatic design.
Perfect for cabinet doors, dresser fronts, drawer panels, table tops, hutch backs, mixed-media projects and statement furniture pieces. Use the paper as the focal point, then pull coordinating colors from the design for the surrounding painted finish.
For a beautifully coordinated look, pair it with deep teal, muted olive, warm cream, rusty terracotta, mustard/gold, aged brass or dark stained wood.
